FBI Most Wanted - Walter Lee Williams
Walter Lee Williams is wanted by the FBI for sexual exploitation of children. A reward of up to $100,000 is being offered for information leading to his arrest.
According to the FBI Williams is former University of Southern California college teacher, a Buddhist and has traveled to the Philippines and Thailand. Williams’ victims are boys between the ages of 14 and 17—many of whom live in third-world countries.
Clinicians might call Williams a pederast: one who has a sexual attraction to those who have reached puberty (ages 14-17). The term ephebophilia is the sexual attraction of an adult to a minor who has reached puberty.
